This Lyme Regis based fine dining restaurant that focuses on seasonal and locally sourced ingredient needed stylings that reflected their ethos and menu.
Harriet brought me onto this project to create the opening look for her new restaurant. Part of my brief was to forage local foliage to dry and create floral installations with, which would work with their chosen ceramics and create a feeling of being surrounded by nature. To create continuity I then stitched individual species into framed artwork.
